How often do you take selfies?

I sometimes take a picture of a friend and me. Just to catch a moment I don't want to forget or just to have a picture with this person.
It's just the word "selfie" that brung up a big hype about something which is completely irrelevant to the primordial purpose of taking a picture of yourself.
