The only difference between Xenforo and a Nulled Xenforo should be a bypass through authentication servers. As long as you have the minimum version listen on the style (2.0.1 in this case), it should work.
I just downloaded the style and am going to test it. Will edit with my thoughts.
EDIT: The style seems to be working properly at first glance. Very sleek and simple, thanks for the leak!
EDIT 2: Please note that this style works 100% - there is only one issue. The staffbar at the top is cut off. This is a version issue known by the developers and is fixed in later versions, however it is still present in this version. IT STILL WOKRS - the Moderator and Admin links at the top are just cut off and hard to see and can't be fixed in the XF2 settings.
