NORTH KOREA IS STEALING BITCOIN! Is it good for market or not?

But... Aren't we just converting to Litecoin? I remember hearing somewhere that bitcoin will eventually fall due to their poor optimization anyways.
It's sad to hear about Bitcoin's fall, however it's kind of inevitable.
