Patch-Day #16 - 16/02/2018

I finally had the time to take care of some bugs sozin left me.

Improved:

• You need to "solve" a captcha before registering and logging in (fuck you, spambots)
  
• Failed logins due to 2FA now also show in the signinhistory (weren't logged before)
  

Fixed:

• "Who posted" list
  
• You were able to bypass unlock requirements by subscribing to a thread
  
• Our new sectional mods had access to places they shouldn't have
  
• Fixed the bug where you would be notified when someone quoted a post you were mentioned in.
  
• The "latest threads" bar would just disappear if you select usergroups when you have no friendsgroups
