It's not in the wrong section, it's spam. Just pasting a link from a news site isn't allowed. You're allowed to do that when you actually add something and are willing to discuss.
Consider how fast technology related news gets released and how big this particular one was, almost a year is a long time. Like I said before, this has been confirmed a long time ago, the article came out late.
My definition was meant to be a little inflammatory.
