[XF2][8WR] Discord Integration 2.0.0.4

If you can please update this is 2.0.0.8 because when I went to add this to my site I upgraded from Xenforo 1.5.9. and it wont work. The change log for 2.0.0.8 fixed the issue as stated here "Major fixes to install/upgrade procedures for those who are upgrading from the XF1 version... I'm honestly amazed that no one has complained about issues till now. But I guess if things have been working out for everybody; its fine..." If you can please update this, Thanks.
