Mouse Issues in GMOD (Please Help)

#1 In GMOD, the mouse changed from the default mouse:

It really bugs me and I would like to know if anyone knows how to change it back. When I see a menu made in lua, the mouse doesn't show up on it and is very hard to use ;( .
