Advice Needed Learning to play the guitar, advice?

Hi everyone.

I'm learning to play the guitar recently and just learned my A and D chord. I've been using Justinsguitar, but can't really proceed because my fingers are starting to hurt like hell.

Does any guitar players have beginner's advice that'd be helpful in the future or now?

Is it worth using apps like Yousician etc?
