You think Leecher will have the same common courtesy? The current system is the best it will get to avoid lots of Leecher and to limit the amount they can actually take without giving back.

The 15 posts + a leecher score that keeps tabs on everybody (sort of like the one on the other nulled but more strict) would be more than enough to keep "da evil leechas" at bay.

Personally the 2 unlocks a day don't bother me because I have a lot of stuff I haven't looked over yet, but I see how it would discourage someone from both contributing and sticking around. "Why should I upload more than 2 resources a day if I'm only getting 2 as a free member?" Think about it. You're acting as if people don't value effort vs gain and just putting anyone who does under the "leecher" umbrella.
