FPS loss on my Laptop

Last Nvidia Update: 3 days earlier
Last Windows update: Prolly yesterday
Nope, like I said, I even reinstalled the whole OS
This is in CSGO on every server, even official, even community. It happens on other games too.

I noticed it beginning to happen 2-3 months earlier

Happens on other games too. And I reinstalled the whole PC, so I don't think it could be a RAT.
