What would happen if you follow someone?

Like you're getting an alert that 'X' has posted something in 'Lounge', you you could possibly directly reply to an interesting conversation or just being noticed what your friends doing right now. Notifications could be turned on/off.

Just suggesting it cause I keep forgetting some peoples name on here, when they have a different name on discord, which would give me an option to add someone to my friendslist and make a single *note* like *Discord name CranK - Vixen Discord* also finding their profile is easier, if you're looking for it.
