Decent choices. Although I'm personally not too fond of Stephen King, I can agree that he was incredibly influential and a number of his titles are decent.



Currently reading "Green Grass, Running Water" for class and "War and Peace" on my own time just so I can say I read it. Will likely read more of Tolstoy's works so I can say I'm a fanboy without being too pretentious after reading a single one of his novels. He wrote a fuckton of short stories, so might go for that.

I definitely agree he is and continues to be an influentialauthor. I don't think he's the best author but that was just if I had to pick. I only say this because he wrote one of my favorite series.
