This software cannot run in this computer..

Guys please help a while ago my computer started saying this sioftware cannot run on your pc.. it says that for almost all the softwares plus the icons on the desktop are like blank.. i doubt maybe is because i donwloaded some paypal checker and netflix checker online please anyone has an idea help me .. this so stressing me Aisee...
