Anime Userbar + PSD

Its not terrible, but of course could use A LOT of work when comparing it to your other projects. Ill try and make some tweaks to it and make it appeal a bit more. I havent made a userbar before so this will be a bit of a challenge. Ill figure something out, practice makes perfection anyways.
