You're right. I'm always really concious about my own body language and it's a tad difficult to stop doing some of the gestures and postures that aren't that socially acceptable according to the book (I've also watched a lot of Ted talks but forgot about most of them). When I master my own body language I'll be able to understand people to a deeper level. I'm always paying attention to other's people body language and it's amazing how things I didn't understand before are clear as day now. Really good stuff
