Thankfully I only had $10 on it, but now I don't have a PP.

Same happened to me, they limited my paypal I have had for 5 years due to unusual activity, all I did was renew my brazzers. It's fucking pathetic.

I bought something on Steam, using the same IP and same location.

Really suspicious.
