Best Minecraft Anticheat

AAC , Spartan , Ness ,TAC ,... is a good anticheat , but sometime it still check error :| , in my server i just disable check speed , movement because if you walking 30s home > mine , TAC will teleport you to home :| , AAC Block it ,...
Or you can use ModDetector , it will anti many player ',' , but not all
You can use FairPlayMinecraft , it will block player when join and force they download the client check hack , if player have hack , this plugin will kick them . However , it not check all new hack :v
