Yes, basically, you give to the community to get back. So try posting a Leak, or a thread, or just go and comment on someone's post, then once you get above 8 credits from posting a thread, or a few comments. You may unlock this post. You'll need 15 Posts too. The reason the system is like this, is to prevent Leech's. Basically someone who sign's up only to download Leaks and never gives anything back to the other members of Nulled. I hope this helped. Rizzo.
