I made it almost exactly as yuun asked me to also, i don't think i face would've looked good.
Tried putting it, like the anime UB but it didn't look good.

I don't think i can link you with any tutorial for this man.
I've hand drawn most of it with a drawing pad on paint tool sai, for the rest i added glow and font using after effects (or photoshop)
