Denied New Members should Be to Contact Staff

So I've notice that in-order to contact staff I have to wait till 25 post. I think New members or people who havent reach 25 post should be able to contact staff. In order to contact rest user the 25 post should apply, I just don't think it should when it comes to staff....

What if a user has a private question to ask staff that important but he/she hasn't reach 25 post yet?

Pleas note: This is just a suggestion I thought this would be a good one but to each his own
