Advice Needed Day 3 on NoFap, should I keep continuing?

The thing about the pimples man, you can keep doing your business just wash your hands really well afterwards and youll be fine. Second feeling more mature is strange considering its actually pretty normal and healthy to do your business. Feeling smarter? Seems like you're just feeling accomplishment. Keep going if you'd like it doesn't really matter if you don't do it or not. You'll have more energy if you don't that's for sure.
