House or Business Investment?

Property, build a house for a bit cheaper, lease it out to people and earn a passive income.
I mean, you could work on an investment into a business but that will arguably be more work in the long run, especially since the housing market is mega fucked now so you won't have any issues finding people that will lease for double the price you want.
