Advice Needed Day 3 on NoFap, should I keep continuing?

It's bad if you fap and are not social enough. Usually leaving masturbation is a good beginning before going to the street and find a girlfriend :-). If you are shy to pick up in the streets then go to some cources, events etc where you can meet nice girls. I believe girls have a feeling of guys who often do it and it makes guys less attractive.
