Is xqc even good?

He recently returned to action in Stage 2 of OWL and looked very impressive during those matches. I think he's one of the better Winstons in the league or at least the best within Dallas Fuel. When it comes to playing ranked he sure has his problems though. A personality and player like him I think you see a different person in streams/competative and in OWL/Scrims.
