Paypal died, once again.

I've also had this happen to me in the past. I now try to stick to only Bitcoin as much as I can, and keep a very low balance on PayPal which is for sites that only accept PayPal. In the future I hope more and more vendors start accepting Bitcoin so that we can completely dump PayPal.
