Pain gave some good advice to me, try cutting down on the amount you smoke a day. For example, if you smoked 6 cigs a down try slowly reducing it to 5 then 4
until you're at 1 or 2 cigs a day and you feel like you can actually go cold turkey. When you crave something try eating or chewing on something like gum.
