I have seen all the "mainstream" anime's IE. Deathnote, FMA Brotherhood, Steins Gate, Bleach, Death Note, etc. I want you guys to recommend me some of the more unheard of "Diamonds in the rough". Please don't post awful anime's, also I don't have a preference of subs/dubs either will do. My not so heard of recommendation to get this ball rolling is "No Game, No Life". It's short but it's amazing definitely worth the watch.
