BTC Will rise again?

Honestly, BTC is still (for me) a risk for investors and depositors. Because it is not totally secured, not like those in the banks (which there are some who has some hacking issues). But BTC booms a lot, especially here in the Philippines, wherein the Central Bank here warns us citizens to use it due to it's instability and lack of security.
