Advice Needed Day 3 on NoFap, should I keep continuing?

3 Days and decreases pimple..Seems legit lmao.
I mean i heard fapping is normal and all that, helps you calm down, reduces stress and prevents some pathogens or so. I mean if you feel good about it, then sure go on brother.
