Definitely Y.E.S! First of all start with Breaking Bad if you havent seen it, you can continue with Better Call Saul which is a sequel of the first show, then continue with the OA (very disturbing but so deep!) and then if you need some comedy, Orange is The New Black
Theres still the very good house of cards but Im afraid the end season might taste a little bit strange without Kevin Spacey..

Not on Netflix but worth a look: westworld, homeland...
