Could be correct as You have read facts and I'm here only sharing opinions.

No man should mass shoot anyone because he or she's controlled by one which does no good or is just way too broken inside and has to purge it to outside by legal or illegal guns - which one are easier to obtain ?
edit: wtf do I write, no matter if the gun is legal or illegal. One gets the gov. coins one doesn't.
