The way, i have handled anxiety is by smoking weed. Now, i know for alot of people it doesn't actually work. Although, it helps alot. Also, if you do more social events, like going to the gym, more sport type of things, try not sit on your computer in your house not socializing, which is a big downfall which leads to anxiety. If you don't have social anxiety, then i'd recommend going to the doctors, and they can give you some medication. which will help you, although try not get addicted to them :\
