How do you cope with family trouble at home?

Dang I live with my Aunt and she gets pretty triggered when I get like a spec of rice on the floor and starts yelling at me because of it. She doesn't even want to talk about and just says that I need to learn how to eat clean up after myself even though I was my own dishes???
