How do you feel about cheaters in Gmod?

There are 3 types of cheaters that I know. There is the abusive admin, who's name speaks for itself. Then there is the hackers. EXCUSE ME SCRIPT KIDDIES PLEZ DO NOT SHOOT ME! Who use their hacks to make themselves look more skilled, which I find absolutely stupid. But then there are rage hackers(script kiddies) and me being one, I can't help but laugh when they come on. Their whole deal is that they try to make you mad. And most the time they succeed.
