What makes a DarkRP server good?

Soon I will be reopening my old server, Electrum Gaming. However, I would love to have some feedback from you guys and maybe suggestions for MUST-HAVE script from for example gmodstoreor the workshop.
I want to run the DarkRP gamemode preferably on a downtown map, but big enough to use cars. Map suggestions? Post them here! Whoever has good feedback and usefull enough for me to use can get a free donator rank in the future.Electrum Gaming used to be in the Top 5 English based servers for a few months, but it closed because of my exams.
I am looking for the following:
* Map
* Printers
* UI ideas (I could make an F4, HUD or scoreboard from scratch)
* Anything else regarding thing that make DarkRP fun!
All feedback is welcome, just no low-quality posts and if you found a nice addon, please provide a link.
