Best Way To Get Instagram Followers?

I use to use a program called mass planner that would follow and like photos of people who followed a certain user I put. Then it'd later unfollow them after 3-4 days. It gained me around 5k followers in under a month and a lot of activity in my profile. I stopped posting since I haven't found a good meme source.
