Where there's any free money it's usually hardly anything, or it'll be so much work you'd be better investing your time elsewhere.
Usually free Bitcoin and Ethereum coin "faucets" and other things, the only person really making profit is the companies running them because of ad prices, and the people who are using them usually never earn anything substantial enough to really cash out before they give up trying. I tried it once but after a few satoshis, I realized that it's just a moneymaking scheme that benefits one side and one side only, the people running these things.
