Sloth, NoCheatPlus and other things are all great, but if you're looking to stop X-Ray hackers and people of that kind you'll need some more advanced hackers.
When it comes to stopping ESPers and things like that, it's a lot harder. It's better to get a ton of admins and moderators and do the whole thing where you remote into their PC (or just view it and ask them to do things) to see if they are hacking and things like that.
