Money Exchange

Hi there. I have a person, who is earning money from various sources like his porn website/forum, file uploading and such stuff.

But in his country all this is illegal, and he will be asked by the TAX guys, where he got the money and all, so he needs an exchanger?
So he might get money maybe via paypal, paxum, some services (I'll let you know.)
So instead of his account, he will withdraw it to your account, you take your charge/commission and then you send it to his account(paypal or whatever), saying something like, you are paying him for his services. Like he made a website for you. Or did work on an existing website. Anything like that.
But it should be like, there should be no history of the first payment. It should be like, you are the guy who already had the money, you are the employer and you are sending him money for his services like website coding or repairing, something like that.
And if possible, he would like to receive from multiple addresses coz a single address for all payments is risky too.
Can you do that?
Please let me know. And its fine if you dont do that, but if you know anybody who does it, please can you forward me to that person.
