Definitely not a reason to go and shoot up a company, whether they're censoring you or not. People's lives were harmed and I think some were taken (?)
If you're having an issue with a company or person, and you're a normal person, you'd contact them and talk to them. Surely, YouTube is willing to talk to people and sort things out? If not, then after this incident, I hope YouTube will start talking to its creators, so that things like this won't be happening in the future.
