The new Dust map is OK and all with the revamp, but what I've found that is on lower-end systems, just seeing the new playermodels can cause a drastic drop in FPS if the game is already struggling. I've heard some of my friends with really bad laptops complain that they start losing frames when they're trying to shoot at someone...
This is either legit and a reason that they're bad....Or it's just an excuse.
