Favorite Underrated Anime?

Lol. What do you expect from 90's? Studio's from 90's don't have enough materials yah know. So its understandable if their visuals is poor. If you only judge an anime because of visuals then you need a help. I bet you like all shounen mainstream anime.
Btw plural of Anime is Anime. Not Animes.

You will always heard or see it if you spend your time lurking in MAL forums (Anime and Manga Discussion) or Anime & Manga Reddit. It's the same of Natsume Yuujinchou series (all seasons of Natsume Yuujinchou have an amazing rating and recognition)
