I don't do much, but I was fat AF and I started eating healthily and doing (below). I lost the weight in no time: Before I go to bed (because I'm a night owl) I do 10-15 mins weightlifting per arm. 20-30 situps (as many as possible) 20-30 pushups (as many as possible) and sometimes during the day, I'll go for jobs. They especially help me clear my mind after a hard day.
