Ive joined the gym but only go twice a week, i run for 10 minutes with the treadmill up slightly and kill only 100 odd calories then work my abs out with 200(the one with weights on) then use the weights for my legs, then rowing machine for my core! so i only burn off probably 250-300 calories each time. Then every Tuesday and Thursday i go boxing for an hour which most likely burns 400-500 calories, this has put half a stone on me though, but i don't look any different other than my stomach now showing its THIRD ab (woo hoo) and shoulder muscles getting bigger! so glad muscle does weigh more then fat though cuz if i put on half a stone and i wasn't doing this, id be seeing a doctor as i don't look much different yet! They do say only your self can see your body change within 2 weeks, and everyone else will notice in a months time.
