Yeh, I am the same. If I have hit 4am, and should be up at 8, I would just remain up. Because it would take me an hour to settle down, another 30 half our or so to fall asleep, and by the time I am getting a sleep that is good for me it wouldbe time to wake up again. Its how I was in college. Thank god I work night shifts now, suits me far better haha!
