With that said, relevant -reps from users that have legitimate reason should not be removed in my opinion unless whatever reason the rep was given for was proven inaccurate or so on. Lets say a user gets spammed or etc by a member so that user negative reps that member with a valid reason of doing so. Then if that user got banned one day down the road, that users negative rating on the user that spammed them should be there to warn users of that members actions etc. on my phone so kinda half assed response but I hope you get where Im coming from.

The rep would still remain there just not count to the overall amount.
