She used to be my main, a good way for people like me who suck at FPS games to contribute to the team. Now there are numerous other characters that can do what she does and they are just flat out better at it. All mercy had left really was rezzing, and blizz decided that if you dared decide to try and help your team with that you should be a slow, glowing target because YOU DESERVE TO DIE!!!
