US, UK and France launch Syria strikes targeting Assad's chemical weapons

I admit to being completely overwhelmed by this type of debate: on the one hand I do not believe in resolution by violence, on the other hand I see that for now this is where nothing. But so far, "nothing" has not given much valuable. This is to ask if there is a "good" solution, or even a "solution" short.

On the whole, even if I go, I hope that we will not do things halfway and that it will be the end of the Syrian conflict. Otherwise I do not understand the very meaning of "retaliation", if it is to "punish" 1 chemical attack on the 187 listed to date.
