If you get matched with pretty much monkeys, pick garen, vlad or something you like with some movementspeed. I wouldn't really recommend darius, he becomes useless if slowed,stunned,etc. Riven is also a good pick,can annihilate entire teams. She has lots of combos tho, pretty hard to pick all of them up.
