That part was hype as fuck, I read that he didn't really use 1,000,000% it was more of a battle cry to pump himself up, like when someone is in a crisis they can summon a lot of strength for short time. You could say he was in an intense state of adrenaline. I can't wait to see Bakugo and Todoroki get their turn to fight a strong villain. I noticed the dude who Midoriya fought against looks kinda like Bakugo as an adult
